We had a great memorial weekend, with great weather, great diving and great students!� I wanted to congratulate Paul Harnet for completeing his dive master and Amy Ashkenas for completing her open water certification.� Paul assisted me with Amy’s class and took some pics for her to remember the moment, Thanks Paul!� On Amy’s open water dives we were visited by Eagle Rays, sharks and eels.� Just a few common visitors we see on our dives down here.� Thanks again Paul see you soon for your instructors course.� And congrats Amy can’t wait to certify you for your advanced class.

Hi gang,

�We’ve been so busy during most of April, we hardly got a chance to get to post on the blog. This weekend was very exciting because we had some great dives, but we also�graduated 6 new PADI Open Water Scuba Instructors into the ranks of Dive Professionals!

We had a great group from far and wide. Thomas was down from West Palm Beach. Matthew is in from Evansdale, Iowa. �David & Jason were down from New York. Sergio lives in the states but was recently spending a lot of time in Honduras and flew in from there to attend the IDC.�Stephen comes to us from Virginia where he’s a county Sheriff (he even brought his police car!) Anyway, once again, everyone had a great time, made some new friends, and supported each other.��Course Director Ken Wilhelm was leading the way all week and guided the group to what ultimately became great scores at the Instructor Exam with 100% graduation.�

Both Ken and I want to thank them for choosing Rainbow Reef’s Career Development Center and we wish them all the best in their future diving careers! We’ve included some shots from the Instructor Exam and a shot of a�few of the candidates unwinding afterwards.. Enjoy!
