November……..Thanksgiving, Holiday decor, Christmas shopping season, jeans, sweaters, sweatshirts and of course……fleece, gortex, 7mm wetsuits, and dry suits!  Kendall Case and Terry Goin braved the elements (ok, not so brave.. the water was 80 degrees today!) and successfully completed their Advanced Open Water courses.  Today, Kendall concluded his training with a Deep Dive on the Spiegel Grove and a Navigation Dive on French Reef.  The visibility was outstanding and there was no current.  A large goliath grouper and an very large turtle were also enjoying the great conditions at one of Key Largos most popular Wreck Dives.  Also braving the elements were Troy and Meg Forteny, Anya Ellis, and Oliver Novak. Divers were guided by Rainbow Reef Divemater Extradonaire “Jesus” who was assisted by Rainbow Reef intern and Rescue Diver Tom.

Hi folks,   conditions were good as Shannon Buchanan and Gordon Crago successfully completed their Advanced Open Water classes.  The current was a bit “frisky” during their Deep Adventure Dive on the Spiegel Grove, however these two hearty spirits came out of the water asking if they could “take another ride!”  During their other adventure dives they had the opportunity to meet some of Key Largo’s most distinguished residents….. Photos attached!  Speaking of hearty adventurers, we also have some pictures of the “snorkeling Wilmers” who never met a distance from the boat they didn’t like.  Also along for the trip were interns Kirk, Tom, and Brownie honing their already superb diving skills (At least that’s what they tell us).  Everyone had a great time!
